time again in connection with Integral's workforce.
 

Ian Jones - Regional Director

Ian has worked for Integral for 14 years and began his career with the company as a multi disciplined engineer. He quickly progressed to Supervisor, Contract Manager, Branch Manager and for the last 5 years Regional Director.

His hands on approach and can do attitude has been influential in the success of the Housing Division and he continues to work closely with the sales team and operations managers to develop strategies and innovations that will aid the growth of the division.


Alan Wharton - Finance Manager

Alan is a qualified accountant and has been involved in financial reporting for fabric and gas contracts for the last fourteen years, seven of which have been with Integral.

His awareness of the sector has lead to innovations in management reporting and detailed analysis of costs across the division. He is instrumental in the integration of Integrals IT system with that of our clients and has pioneered the development of open book partnerships and collaborative business objectives.


Chris Davies - Business Development Manager

After a working relationship spanning 15 years with Integral beginning as a gas maintenance engineer Chris has progressed through the management of several domestic gas contracts to hold his current position that entails developing the business on a national level. He is directly involved in monitoring and reviewing corporate and business objectives and has been instrumental in leading innovations in service delivery resulting in increased performance and client satisfaction.

He continues to work closely with the regional director and managers in developing the division through new business opportunities.


John Ashworth - Operations Manager

John has been with Integral since 1995 and during that period has progressed from Engineer, Supervisor, and Contract Manager to Operations Manager. His wealth of experience in domestic gas contracts has helped to provide a solid foundation for growth and his expertise has been invaluable in the development of the Housing Division.

He currently oversees our operation in the Cumbria region and has been instrumental in forging relationships with clients resulting in the retention of two major contracts in the area.


Barry Seddon - Operations Manager

Barry oversees all building maintenance contracts and decent homes programmed work for the division. Since beginning work at Integral as a plumber 14 years ago Barry has progressed to the position he currently holds by determination, commitment and hard work and is now responsible for delivery of work packages in excess of £2m per annum.

He continues to work closely with the management team and clients to develop lasting relationships built upon high standards of workmanship, innovative working practices and added value solutions.


Paul Harrison - Operations Manager

Paul has worked on our Brent Housing Partnership contract for the last four years and is influential in ensuring that all contracts in the southern region are performing to the expected standards.

He has a wealth of experience within the domestic and commercial gas sector and oversees a variety of work streams from domestic gas servicing to electric central heating installations.

This area of the Housing Division operation is managed by Paul from our office in Wallington and a satellite branch in Brent.
